You might notice something new on some of the posts below. I have added an urbanspoon tag in hopes that they will gleefully accept my drivel as useful reviews.
There are two main reasons for this. First, I started this blog to share the greatness of our hole in the walls and I think this will give some new ideas to people who don't know about this blog. Second, the urbanspoon app on the iphone will probably become the most amazing app ever if you can read these reviews when shaking up random Fort Worth holes.
If you've got any other hints, ideas, or suggestions for making this blog more user friendly, iphone friendly, or legen...wait for it...dary, please let me know. Comment here or email me at fortworthholeinthewall@yahoo.com

I don't have an iphone, but I love your posts and we have several new favorite places to go (El Asadero, Mom's BBQ) because of it. I miss it when you don't post.
Thanks cd. I plan to keep adding reviews until I run out of restaurants. In adding all of these urbanspoon tabs I realized there are a number of places I've been but haven't reviewed. So I should have plenty of material to keep going for awhile. Plus, there are a thousand or so places I've never even been too.
Thanks for reading.
Man - you're already number #1! I think Urbanspoon is the way to go for the future. I'm really glad you joined as well!

It would be super RAD if you could do a search of all of your reviews with the keyword phrase "Open on Sunday". It would be an instant Sunday lunch finder for the citizens of this great city. Sounds like a lot of work though... anyway...just a thought
RJG, it took me long enough. Honestly, it was their iphone app that made me do it. I thought this blog would provide some useless insight when people are trying to find a place to eat.
SmokeHopper, I was actually thinking of something very similar to that. How about an "open sunday" tag so you could scroll down the right side and just click on it and pull up all the relevant places?
Thanks for reading.
Yes - same here. It was the iPhone app that encouraged me to add to UrbanSpoon. I went looking for the number #1 free app for restaurants on the iPhone - and it was US. If nothing else, we may help an independent restaurant get noticed!
Yes, PLEEEASE do that. I cannot tell you how many times I have had company come in from out of town for the weekend, ask me where to eat on Sunday, and then me not remember if Lilly's or Yucatan is open. I inevitably tell them Joe T's, Jazz Cafe, Luciles. Other than Hoffbrau, and maybe The Original, these are the only places i know worth their salt that are open on Sunday. Anyway that would be very awesome.
I love your blog, and read often. First time commentor. Keep up the excellent work.
